Take the 4 Screws out on the back housing.
Pry Phone Apart, there are locking clips down the sides of the housing.

The Plug on the board circled needs to be disconnected.

This is the Plug for the Flip. You need to unplug this too.

Once Unplugged, You can remove the board.

This is the plug that you have to slide through the Keypad part of the housing.

Pry the Flip hinge area apart as you would normally, and pull the plug through
the housing freeing the flip from the rest of the housing.

Next is taking the flip apart. The inner panel is where you will find 4 screws
under the 4 plugs on the inner side of the flip. You need to remove these
to expose the screws. You will most definately destroy these, so
I just use a pics and stab them in the middle and remove them.

There are locking clips on the insides of the flip, pry them apart, not hard at all.
The hard part is around the end where the hinge is, it is glued and need to ease it apart.
Note the matching glue areas.

Once apart, the outer part of the flip comes right off. No need to remove the outer panel.

Once the outer part of the flip is off you have the inside left to take apart.

The screens are enclosed with a metal cover, kinda like the i90 idea. Copper tape goes over the outer LED area.

Pry the cover off the LCD area much like the i90 and take it off.

Now you have access to the screens. With a black stick or other small flat tool,
GENTLY pry under the camera area to unstick the glue. Once that is
apart, pull the board off from the earpiece towards the hinge area and
work the ribbon through the small cut out in the hinge for it.

Now the phone is apart and just reverse to put back together.
I didn't spend much time on the back half since it is almost identical to the i860 back. Enjoy.
